Allow 4 to 8 weeks on average, depending on how quickly documents are provided and on audit scheduling. You are kept informed at every stage.
You create your account, describe your business and upload your documents: company registration, terms of sale, warranty, testing and erasure procedures.
An auditor with no commercial tie to you reviews your policies and may ask for more evidence.
Your actual processes are assessed — testing, grading, erasure, logistics, after-sales — on site or by video.
The auditor recommends; the certification committee decides. You receive the decision in writing, with reasons.
A certificate valid for 2 years, listed in the public registry, with a QR code and verification widget.

You upload them to your account. The auditor may ask for more during the review.
