The RefurbCertified label is reserved for organisations holding an active certificate. It must always link to a public verification page. All usage is monitored.
Purpose of the label
The label helps buyers quickly identify certified companies. Only live data from the RefurbCertified registry is authoritative — a copied visual without an active certificate is counterfeiting.

- Packaging and inserts — with certificate number displayed
- B2B proposals and partner documentation
- Official RefurbCertified embeddable widget (live data)
Essential rules
- Active certificate required — automatic verification via widget
- Link to /verify/[certificateId] required on all digital media
- No modification of label colours, proportions or wording
- Immediate suspension for use after expiry or withdrawal
Label tiers
- Certified — baseline compliance (≥ 70/100)
- Silver Certified — advanced practices (≥ 80/100)
- Gold Certified — operational excellence (≥ 85/100)
- Platinum Certified — sector reference (≥ 92/100)
